What You'll Do
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership
- Partner with senior leaders to tackle high-priority strategic initiatives and business challenges across Walmart Connect International
- Translate ambiguous executive questions into clearly defined problem statements, strategic analyses, and actionable recommendations
- Lead high-impact transformation initiatives that support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long Range Plan (LRP) priorities
- Develop structured workplans that drive clarity, accountability, and measurable business outcomes
- Anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and proactively recommend solutions that support long-term business objectives
- Drive strategic initiatives that improve how the organization operates across international markets and cross-functional teams
- Design and implement new operating models, governance structures, and ways of working
- Evaluate organizational challenges and develop hypothesis-driven recommendations to improve business performance
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, clarify decision ownership, and accelerate execution
- Navigate ambiguity and create clarity
- Bring structure to complex business problems where the path forward is not immediately obvious
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative information from multiple sources into clear insights
- Develop strategic frameworks that help leaders evaluate tradeoffs and make informed decisions
- Identify key stakeholders, align competing perspectives, and build consensus across highly matrixed teams
- Adapt quickly as priorities evolve while maintaining momentum and focus on outcomes
- Influence through executive communication
- Transform complex analyses into compelling, executive-ready recommendations
- Create executive presentations and decision materials that enable informed leadership discussions
- Tailor communications for diverse audiences while maintaining clarity and strategic focus
- Build trust with senior leaders by delivering thoughtful recommendations supported by rigorous analysis
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, strategic operations, or a combination of these disciplines
- Demonstrated success solving complex business problems in large, matrixed organizations
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead through collaboration rather than direct authority
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters, Masters: Operations Management Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification
- Leadership of cross-functional task forces or projects
Additional Compensation
- Annual salary range: $108,000.00 - $216,000.00
- Performance-based bonuses
