Position Summary

Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects.

Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates.

Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.

Evaluates the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives.

Manages multiple projects by defining scope of work and project objectives.

Manages processes and procedures for areas of responsibility.

Manages behavior change and process improvement programs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 3 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area.
• OR 5 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

• Developing and delivering training.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration.
• Project Management Certification.
• Retail consulting.
• Six Sigma certification.
• Using Microsoft Office.
• Working with cross-functional teams.

• The annual salary range for this position is $116,000.00 - $174,000.00.
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
• Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location), Stock.
