Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Fuel Operations, leads and directs fuel and convenience store business strategies across ~30 facilities within a designated geographic area. This role involves partnering with market and store managers, analyzing market trends, managing vendor relationships, and implementing operational plans to drive growth and optimize performance.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain professional vendor relationships to support fuel business objectives across multiple facilities.

  • Establish and implement fuel business strategies by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and financial forecasts.

  • Lead growth initiatives by assessing economic and competitive factors, driving sales, marketing, and pricing programs.

  • Monitor and evaluate operational processes using KPIs, ensuring performance standards and cost control measures are met.

  • Provide leadership and development opportunities for associates, fostering a team-based environment and conducting performance evaluations.

  • Promote compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and support continuous learning and adaptability.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years supervisory experience with Profit & Loss responsibilities OR 5 years experience in retail leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Managing Fuel or Convenience Store, Multi-facility management, Retail leadership experience

  • Bachelors: Business
