About the role
The Senior Manager of Returns & Fraud Finance plays a critical role in driving financial planning and analysis by developing complex models, recommending expense targets, and evaluating business performance in collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role ensures robust financial controls and enhances reporting transparency while supporting key business decisions through detailed financial presentations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial analyses and models to support planning and recommend future expense targets.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance and enhance reporting transparency.
- Communicate financial results, forecasts, and variances to senior management and support business decision-making.
- Lead execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to performance.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Promote continuous improvement by evaluating effectiveness of plans and implementing efficiency enhancements.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and management within complex business environments.
- Proven ability to develop and present detailed financial models and forecasts to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated capability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence business partners.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating financial insights and recommendations clearly.
- Leadership experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
- Commitment to ethical standards, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
- 1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
- 1 year’s supervisory experience.
