Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial analyses and models to support planning and recommend future expense targets.
  • Manage control structures to mitigate financial risks and enhance reporting transparency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve financial processes and controls.
  • Communicate financial results, forecasts, and variances to senior management with clear presentations.
  • Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and measuring progress.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop associates, fostering a high-performing team environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards while promoting continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
  • 1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
  • 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and modeling to support strategic decision-making.
  • Strong experience managing risk mitigation and ensuring compliance with financial controls.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership in supervising, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Skilled in driving continuous improvement and adapting business processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Proficient in preparing presentations and reports that support business cases and financial transparency.
  • Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and fostering collaborative work environments.

Skills

  • Data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Experience in a large, complex, matrixed organization.
  • Masters in Business Administration.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
