Responsibilities
- Prepare financial analyses and models to support planning and recommend future expense targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
- 1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
- 1 year’s supervisory experience.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and modeling to support strategic decision-making.
- Strong experience managing risk mitigation and ensuring compliance with financial controls.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated leadership in supervising, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
- Skilled in driving continuous improvement and adapting business processes to enhance efficiency.
- Proficient in preparing presentations and reports that support business cases and financial transparency.
- Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and fostering collaborative work environments.
Skills
- Data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Experience in a large, complex, matrixed organization.
- Masters in Business Administration.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
