Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of copywriters.
- Set creative direction and uphold brand voice across all customer touchpoints.
- Partner with Creative, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Guide concept development and elevate creative quality from brief to execution.
- Manage team priorities, workflows, and performance in a fast-paced environment.
- Champion copy standards, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
- Use customer insights, cultural trends, and business strategy to shape compelling messaging.
- Foster collaboration, innovation, and a culture of feedback, learning, and creative excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Creative Writing, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of copywriting experience, including experience leading and developing creative teams.
- A portfolio showcasing strategic, omnichannel creative work and strong storytelling.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong editorial judgement and attention to detail.
- Proven success balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for coaching talent, fostering collaboration, and delivering customer-focused creative that drives business results.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field and 3 years' experience in editorial content management or related field OR 5 years' experience in editorial content management or related field.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and stock for certain positions.
