About the role

As a Realty Project Coach on Walmart US Realty Execution team, you will own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the United States, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to top‑notch quality standards. You will partner with store team leads to supervise hourly associates, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track, with frequent travel to project sites nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects; ensure timely, on‑budget, high‑quality delivery.
• Partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership.
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Minimize impact on store operations while managing project timelines.
• Motivate and develop associates: provide supervision, training, mentorship, recognition, and career‑path guidance.
• Listen to and act on team ideas, suggestions, questions, or concerns.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration among associates and with suppliers.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to identify business needs and implement solutions.
• Monitor progress, recognize improvement opportunities, and adapt to changing demands.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, support mission and ethics, and utilize the Open‑Door Policy.
• Hire, train, mentor, assign duties, provide recognition, and promote diversity awareness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field AND 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area; OR
• 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area.
• Associates must attend and successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments.
