Position Summary

TourToTeach, a role within the Walmart organization, involves leading and developing teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates. • Drives the financial performance and sales of the designated store area.
• Reviews and evaluates PL Profit Loss statements.
• Manages and assists in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Maintains and ensures effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes.
• Develops and implements action plans to mitigate shrink and ensure sales and profit goals are achieved.
• Supervises and develops opportunities for hourly associates.
• Hires, trains, mentors, assigns duties, provides recognition, and promotes a belonging mindset in the workplace.
