Position Summary

TourToTeach, managing and supporting customer service initiatives, driving financial performance and sales, providing supervision and development opportunities, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of belonging.

What you'll do...

  • Tour stores and provide feedback to associates, teaching and actively listening.
  • Collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations, using technology and business initiatives.
  • Lead company change efforts, set clear expectations, and guide associates in implementing business solutions.
  • Communicate business objectives to teams effectively, modeling and demonstrating the One Best Way (OBW) service model.
  • Ensure customer needs, complaints, and issues are resolved, developing and implementing action plans to correct deficiencies.
  • Manage and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses in the designated business area.
  • Monitor and ensure effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes.
  • Develop and implement action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals.
  • Hire, train, mentor, assign duties, provide recognition, and promote a belonging mindset in the workplace.
  • Support key stakeholders, coordinate job-related activities, and communicate goals and objectives.
  • Identify and address improvement opportunities, demonstrate adaptability, and promote continuous learning.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting the Open Door Policy, and providing direction and guidance on executing business processes and practices.
  • Respect individuals, build high-performing teams, embrace differences, and create a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected.
  • Work collaboratively, communicate with impact, energy, and positivity, and motivate and influence others.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
  • General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

Additional Compensation

  • Annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
  • Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
  • Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges).

Pay Range

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00.
