Position Summary

TourToTeach, managing and supporting customer service initiatives, driving financial performance and sales, supervising and developing associates, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

What you'll do...

  • Teaches and develops teams by providing training and feedback.
  • Collaborates with all levels of associates regarding store operations.
  • Communicates and collaborates with key stakeholders to support plans and initiatives.
  • Manages and assists in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
  • Reviews and evaluates PL Profit Loss statements.
  • Ensures customer needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved.
  • Develops and implements action plans to correct deficiencies.
  • Provides process improvement leadership to ensure a high quality customer experience.
  • Drives the financial performance and sales of the designated store area.
  • Hires, trains, mentors, assigns duties, provides recognition, and promotes a belonging mindset in the workplace.
  • Serves as a supervisor and development opportunity provider for associates.
  • Coordinates and oversees job-related activities and assignments.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Supports company mission values and standards of ethics and integrity.

  • The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00.
  • Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
  • Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and Complex Structure.
  • Minimum Qualifications: 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
