Position Summary
TourtoTeach leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates. They communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations, using technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction. They introduce and lead company change efforts, provide clear expectations and guidance, and implement business solutions.

- Supervises and develops opportunities for hourly associates.
- Hires, trains, mentors, assigns duties, provides recognition, and promotes a belonging mindset in the workplace.
- Recruits and develops qualified associates to meet staffing needs and achieve company growth potential.
- Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments.

- The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00, with additional compensation including annual or quarterly performance bonuses and regional pay zone (RPZ) and complex structure differentials, depending on location and external factors.
- Requires 2 years of college, 1 year of retail experience and supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience and supervisory experience.
- For facilities selling firearms, requires successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
- For facilities selling only ammunition and having state-specific requirements, may require a current state-issued Certificate of Eligibility.
- Associates must attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college; OR
- 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR
- 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
