What you'll do...

  • Teaches and develops teams by providing training and feedback.
  • Collaborates with all levels of associates on store operations and business initiatives.
  • Introduces and leads company change efforts, setting clear expectations and guiding associates to implement business solutions.
  • Communicates business objectives to teams and ensures customer needs, complaints, and issues are resolved.
  • Manages and assists in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses to align with sales goals.
  • Maintains effective merchandise presentation, inventory flow, and operational processes to mitigate shrinkage and achieve sales and profit goals.
  • Serves as supervisor and mentor for hourly associates, assigning duties, setting expectations, and providing recognition.
  • Coordinates and oversees job-related activities, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, fostering a culture of belonging and continuous learning.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and Complex Structure differentials.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • 2 years’ of college; OR
    • 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR
    • 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
    • General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

Additional Information

  • For facilities selling firearms, a successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training is required.
  • For facilities selling only ammunition and having state-specific requirements, a current state-issued Certificate of Eligibility may be required.
