What you'll do...
- Teaches and develops teams by providing training and feedback.
- Collaborates with all levels of associates on store operations and business initiatives.

- Manages and assists in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses to align with sales goals.
- Maintains effective merchandise presentation, inventory flow, and operational processes to mitigate shrinkage and achieve sales and profit goals.
- Serves as supervisor and mentor for hourly associates, assigning duties, setting expectations, and providing recognition.
- Coordinates and oversees job-related activities, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, fostering a culture of belonging and continuous learning.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and Complex Structure differentials.

Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years’ of college; OR
- 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR
- 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
Additional Information
- For facilities selling firearms, a successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training is required.
- For facilities selling only ammunition and having state-specific requirements, a current state-issued Certificate of Eligibility may be required.
