Position Summary
TourToTeach, managing and supporting customer service initiatives, driving financial performance and sales, providing supervision and development opportunities, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of belonging.
What you'll do...
- Tour stores and provide feedback to associates.
- Collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations.
- Implement business solutions and communicate business objectives.
- Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards.
- Manage and support customer service initiatives such as Store of the Community and community outreach programs.
- Resolve customer needs, complaints, and issues.
- Develop and implement action plans to correct deficiencies.
- Provide process improvement leadership to ensure a high quality customer experience.
- Review and evaluate PL Profit Loss statements.
- Manage and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
- Maintain effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes.
- Develop and implement action plans to mitigate shrink and ensure sales and profit goals are achieved.
- Hire, train, mentor, assign duties, set clear expectations, provide associate recognition, and promote a belonging mindset.
- Support key stakeholders, coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Act with integrity, display curiosity and a desire to learn, take calculated risks, and encourage learning from mistakes.
- Strive for excellence, adopt and encourage the use of new technologies and skills, and support others through change.
Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location), Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges).

Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
