(USA) Market Fulfillment Lead

About the role

You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather market research and data, analyze key performance indicators, and develop action plans to improve performance. This role involves researching and evaluating data to identify operational and driver experience gaps, then implementing solutions to enhance program and process metrics. You will lead process improvement projects, provide data-driven insights, and participate in all aspects of store fulfillment, including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivering customer orders across all channels.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of business plans and projects by identifying customer, delivery service provider, and operational needs.
• Develop and communicate business priorities, remove barriers to performance, and provide resources to ensure success.
• Set clear expectations, performance measures, and goals for team members, ensuring they have the information and resources needed to accomplish initiatives.
• Identify and plan for performance improvements using key business metrics, and convey a sense of urgency to motivate team members.
• Support driver supply and experience through root cause analysis, solutioning, and escalation of issues (e.g., driver engagement gaps, incentive needs, app technology issues, fraud).
• Complete deliveries to understand and resolve driver and customer experience pain points.
• Support the implementation and sustainment of digital change initiatives, mobile applications, and product launches through training, communication, and guidance.
• Partner with operators on strategy execution and facilitate alignment between teams across digital workstreams.
• Build strategies and provide recommendations to facilitate market share growth and digital product adoption.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, provide feedback on laws impacting digital services, and support the company’s mission, values, and ethical standards.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of current plans and programs, solicit feedback for improvement, and support community outreach events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, management, or a related field and 2 years’ experience in retail operations or related field OR 5 years’ experience in retail operations or related field.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and may include stock for certain positions.
