About the team
The Marketplace Acquisition CRM Team leads the strategy, governance, and execution of scalable customer relationship management initiatives across global marketplaces. The team ensures data integrity and standardizes processes to enable accurate audience segmentation and effective communications. Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Legal, Privacy, and regional business teams, it establishes governance frameworks that comply with GDPR and other privacy regulations. The team drives CRM capability expansion, automation, and operational best practices to deliver compliant, personalized, and data-driven customer engagement at scale across international markets.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of requirements and documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess costs, establish return on investment, and secure management approval for resources
- Create and execute communication plans detailing status updates and minimizing change impacts
- Manage multiple projects by developing schedules, monitoring budgets, and aligning project requirements to achieve objectives
- Identify and escalate project changes, ensuring adherence to project management standards and continuous improvement
- Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities to associates, fostering accountability and performance
- Promote ethical standards and compliance with company policies throughout project execution

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years' experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years' experience in project management, business, operations, or related area
- 1 year's experience working in cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Data analytics and project management systems
- Supervisory experience
- Masters: Business Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification, Six Sigma Green Belt - Certification
Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
