About the Team
The Sales Training and Tooling team plays a vital role in supporting seller acquisition, onboarding, and growth by providing timely tools and resources to associates. This team collaborates closely with stakeholders to develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements and expectations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess costs, establish return on investment, and secure management approval for resources.
- Create and execute communication plans detailing status updates, frequency, and distribution to relevant parties.
- Manage multiple projects by developing and communicating project plans, schedules, and adhering to project management standards.
- Monitor project budgets, milestones, and transitions, identifying and escalating changes as needed.
- Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities for associates to build a high-performing team.
- Promote continuous improvement, accountability, and adaptability to meet business and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years' experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years' experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.
- 1 year's experience working in cross-functional teams.

Skills
- Experience designing and delivering sales training, onboarding, or enablement programs for adult learners.

Bentonville, Arkansas: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 annually
Bellevue, Washington: $84,000.00 - $156,000.00 annually
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and, for certain positions, stock.
