Manager, Project Management
What you’ll be doing
Oversee and guide the Project Management team to ensure all projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with global standards.
Act as both a leader and hands-on project manager, owning key programs from kickoff through execution and closeout.
Partner closely with Sales and Operations to ensure work orders are accurate, timelines are met, and project details are fully aligned.
Review and validate key project components including budgets, packing lists, show service orders, and technical drawings.
Ensure final event costings are completed within 12 days post-event and invoices are accurate and timely.
Drive Operational Excellence
Champion and uphold project management processes, continuously identifying opportunities to improve systems, tools, and workflows.
Collaborate with global counterparts to refine best practices and elevate project delivery standards.
Participate in regular production and cross-functional meetings to align teams and drive efficiency.
Support estimating efforts and contribute to overall project financial health.
Build & Develop the Team
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers through regular 1:1s, feedback, and performance management.
Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training to ensure team readiness and long-term growth.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Facilitate team meetings to share updates, gather feedback, and strengthen cross-department communication.

- Proven experience leading teams and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of production processes, logistics, and event execution.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy.
- Confidence working cross-functionally with Sales, Creative, and Operations teams.
- Experience with budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reconciliation.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of project management experience in experiential marketing, events, exhibits, or a related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
