About the role
The Manager, Finance plays a critical role in driving strategic financial planning and analysis to support business performance. This position involves preparing detailed financial models, analyzing variances, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate forecasting and risk mitigation. The role requires effective communication of financial insights to senior management and active participation in business decision-making processes. Additionally, the Manager oversees internal controls, process improvements, and associates’ development, fostering accountability and continuous learning to uphold company standards and contribute to organizational success.
What you'll do
- Prepare financial analyses and models to support strategic planning and recommend future expense targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance and communicate significant variances.
- Manage complex control structures to mitigate financial risks and enhance reporting transparency.
- Develop and present financial models and business cases to senior management, supporting informed decision-making.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify gaps between business goals and corporate objectives, providing actionable insights.
- Oversee and mentor associates, fostering development and accountability within the finance team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies while promoting continuous improvement and adaptability.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 2 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
