Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Review key journal entries, reconciliations and financial statements.
- Collaborate across the business to ensure both statutory and group requirements are met.
- Control, compliance and risk management: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements and group policies.
- Identify financial and operational risks and implement mitigation measures.
- Design & execute the future-state operating model for JERAGM North America finance and treasury functions, ensuring alignment with Group standards, governance and strategic direction.
Qualifications
- At least 15 years experience in US Gas industry with relevant experience in Accounting, Settlements and/or Treasury.
- Strong leadership with hands-on execution capability.
- High level of ownership, accountability and attention to detail.
- Strategic thinking with strong operational discipline.
