Position Summary

Oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department, manages financial aspects, and ensures compliance with logistics and company standards.

What you'll do...

  • Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, such as customers, suppliers, and associates.
  • Drive and implement the business plan for the area of responsibility to achieve facility goals, including production quality, safety, and operational improvements.
  • Forecast and follow up on staffing and workload and performance results to meet business demands.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with Logistics and company quality and safety standards, policies, procedures, and directives.
  • Supervise and manage associates and leaders in the area of responsibility by giving direction, monitoring performance, providing feedback, identifying training and development needs, and offering opportunities for learning and growth.
  • Oversee and direct financial aspects as assigned by monitoring and tracking expenses and capital expenditures compared to budget, monitoring asset utilization, and preparing, reviewing, and/or analyzing business reports.
  • Identify and ensure associate, customer, and supplier concerns are resolved using own judgment or consulting others when needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent technical certification (e.g., Maintenance, Controls, Electrical) and 1 year of experience in an operations, distribution, logistics, or retail environment with responsibilities including: supervising and developing managers/supervisors, managing workload across multiple departments, participating in hiring and promotions.
  • OR at least 3 years of experience in a maintenance or related technical environment with the same leadership and staffing responsibilities listed above.

Pay and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $156,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location), Stock.
