Position Summary
As the General Manager of our eCommerce Fulfillment Center in Carrollton, GA, you’ll lead a fast-paced, highly automated operation that delivers millions of orders to customers nationwide. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, building high-performing teams, and ensuring an exceptional end-to-end fulfillment experience.
What you'll do
Lead End-to-End Fulfillment Operations
Set and execute the strategic direction for the facility, ensuring performance across key metrics including safety, quality, speed, and customer satisfaction.
Identify and implement improvements to optimize complex, high-volume eCommerce operations.
Drive Workforce Strategy
Develop and execute staffing plans that align with dynamic business demands. Ensure the right talent is in place at the right time to meet productivity and service goals.
Deliver Financial Results
Own the facility’s financial performance by managing budgets, controlling expenses, maximizing asset utilization, and leveraging data and reporting to drive efficiency.
Champion Safety & Compliance
Foster a culture of safety and accountability while ensuring full compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and logistics standards. Maintain and continuously improve operational procedures.
Solve Problems & Make Data-Driven Decisions
Address associate, customer, and supplier concerns through thorough investigation and fact-based decision-making. Leverage data and analytics to improve outcomes.
Develop Leaders & Teams
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of leaders and associates. Set clear expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and create opportunities for development, growth, and advancement.
Engage the Community
Represent Walmart within the Carrollton community by supporting local initiatives, participating in community organizations, and championing company programs.
Communicate with Impact

The annual salary range for this position is $144,000.00 - $216,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Financial Management, Production/Operations Management); and 3 years' experience in a senior management role within an operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees facility-wide
OR 2 years' experience as a Walmart Logistics Assistant General Manager supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing associates; managing associate workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of associates
OR 5 years' experience in a senior management role as an operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees facility-wide.
