Position Summary
Operates forklifts and completes work assignments by following company policies and procedures.
What you'll do...
- Operates forklifts safely and complies with company standards.
- Completes work assignments by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and issues.
- Maintains safety by conducting safety sweeps, following procedures for handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
- Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or outdated goods, and ensuring proper display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.
- Handles inventory by tracking goods, maintaining stock levels, controlling shrinkage, and performing audits for accuracy.
- Operates and maintains forklifts in a safe manner and reports poor or unsafe conditions.
- Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services and issues.
- Maintains and organizes merchandise and supplies, ensuring proper inventory flow and following company policy and procedures.
- Ensures club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging merchandise, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of orders.
- Respects individuals by embracing differences, fostering a culture of belonging, and supporting associates' growth and development.

Minimum Qualifications
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience.
- Retail Experience.
- Supervising a team.
Pay and Benefits
The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00*. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
