Position Summary
Operates forklifts and completes work assignments following company policies and procedures.
What you'll do...
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Operates forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Organizes merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers.
- Provides member service by acknowledging members and addressing their needs.
- Maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps and following procedures for handling hazardous materials.
- Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies.
- Handles moves and displays goods safely and correctly.
- Manages inventory levels and controls shrinkage.
- Identifies and addresses shrink opportunities and problems.
- Operates and maintains forklifts in a safe and correct manner.
- Proactively identifies customers needing assistance and provides technology support.
- Uses inventory tools and equipment in a safe and correct manner.
- Performs occasional audits for accuracy.
- Handles club pick-up orders by assisting with picking, staging, and auditing.
- Ensures merchandise is selected and staged according to company policy.
- Processes defective merchandise following company and regulatory policies.
- Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies.
- Works as a team, builds strong relationships, and communicates positively to motivate and influence others.
- Respects individuals by embracing differences, creating a culture of belonging, and supporting all associates.

Minimum Qualifications
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience.
- Retail Experience.
- Supervising a team.
