The Director - Right Location, Technology Operations leads the strategic planning and execution of large-scale technology programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational efficiency. The director applies advanced program management techniques to optimize resource allocation and performance monitoring while fostering productive relationships across multiple business units. With a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement, this position supports technology integration and operational excellence to deliver measurable business value and sustainable growth.

What you'll do

  • Lead the development and execution of product capabilities aligned with business objectives.
  • Define and monitor performance metrics, risk assessments, and mitigation plans across multiple projects.
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders to influence decision-making and drive results.
  • Manage resource allocation and operational processes to optimize program efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide clear, concise communication and reporting to senior leadership on program status and outcomes.
  • Foster continuous improvement by implementing best practices and innovative technology solutions.
  • Oversee program budgeting, forecasting, and financial management to ensure cost-effective delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 6 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • Option 2: 8 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area. 3 years’ supervisory experience.

  • Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
