Operations Oversight

• Oversee multi-property technology operations
• Ensure system stability, scalability, and resilience
• Guide property IT leaders

Digital Transformation

• Lead digital transformation initiatives
• Drive adoption of data, analytics, automation, and AI
• Evaluate emerging technologies

Guest Experience

• Ensure consistency in digital guest journey
• Oversee key hospitality platforms and in-room technology
• Align guest-facing standards

Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Execute cybersecurity and data privacy standards
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity

Data & Commercial Insight

• Use data to support revenue growth and efficiency
• Enable benchmarking and decision-making

People Leadership

• Lead and mentor property IT leaders
• Build high-performing teams

Investment & Vendor Management

• Manage budgets and investments
• Ensure ROI alignment
• Oversee vendor performance and contracts

General Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related discipline
• Postgraduate qualification preferred
• 12–15 years in technology leadership roles
• Experience in multi-property or regional environments
• Luxury hospitality experience preferred
• Hospitality platforms: PMS, CRS, CRM, POS, Spa Systems
• In-room and network infrastructure, telephone
• Use of AI/ML and intelligent automation in hospitality
• Cybersecurity, data privacy, integrations
• Strategic and commercial mindset
• Leadership and influencing skills
• Stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, change leadership
