- Act as strategic advisor to operational leadership

Technology Governance
- Execute governance frameworks and standards
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity
- Drive consistency across all properties
Operations Oversight
- Oversee multi-property technology operations
- Ensure system stability, scalability, and resilience
- Guide property IT leaders
Digital Transformation
- Lead digital transformation initiatives
- Drive adoption of data, analytics, automation, and AI
- Evaluate emerging technologies
Guest Experience
- Ensure consistency in digital guest journey
- Oversee key hospitality platforms and in-room technology
- Align guest-facing standards
Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Execute cybersecurity and data privacy standards
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity
Data & Commercial Insight
- Use data to support revenue growth and efficiency
- Enable benchmarking and decision-making
People Leadership
- Lead and mentor property IT leaders
- Build high-performing teams
Investment & Vendor Management
- Manage budgets and investments
- Ensure ROI alignment
- Oversee vendor performance and contracts
General Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related discipline
- Postgraduate qualification preferred
- 12–15 years in technology leadership roles
- Experience in multi-property or regional environments
- Luxury hospitality experience preferred
- Hospitality platforms: PMS, CRS, CRM, POS, Spa Systems
- In-room and network infrastructure, telephone
- Use of AI/ML and intelligent automation in hospitality
- Cybersecurity, data privacy, integrations
- Strategic and commercial mindset
- Leadership and influencing skills
- Stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, change leadership
