Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to automate creative production workflows, enhancing efficiency, scalability, and consistency.
- Lead the creation and implementation of a technology roadmap focused on automation and innovative tools, including Generative AI.
- Collaborate with agency partners and internal teams to align automation initiatives with creative and business objectives.
- Oversee adoption, integration, and ongoing support of automation platforms, ensuring optimal utilization.
- Monitor and analyze automated workflows and outputs to drive continuous improvement and maintain quality standards.
- Manage resource allocation, mentor team members, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Establish performance metrics and report progress to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience in developing and executing creative automation strategies to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Strong expertise in workflow automation and integrating generative artificial intelligence within marketing processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technology roadmap development and implement innovative automation tools.
- Skilled in resource allocation, project management, and driving cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and agency partners.
- Experience mentoring and developing technical teams focused on automation support and continuous improvement.
- Proficient in analyzing data to measure automation performance and optimize creative production outcomes.
- Ability to align automation initiatives with business objectives and maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, creative writing, advertising, fine arts, or related area and 7 years' experience leading creative teams.
- Option 2: 9 years' experience leading creative teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in web development.
- Experience using Adobe Premier, Final Cut Pro, or related video editing software.
- Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, or related presentation programs.
- Experience working with animation software.
- Project Management Certification.
- Project management experience.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on location.
