Work Shift Description
Schedule: 0500-1700 SA SU FR 0L
What you'll do...
- Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, e.g., customers, suppliers, associates
- Processes payroll documentation for pay adjustments by researching, verifying, and filing daily time reports, time and pay adjustments, and payroll edits
- Affords administrative and human resource function support by performing general clerical duties, e.g., filing, keying, faxing, answering phones, entering data in multiple systems, scheduling appointments, maintaining logs, and preparing, reviewing, analyzing, and processing reports and other paperwork
- Supports the hiring process by scheduling interviews and drug screens, completing reference checks, processing new hires, terminations, and transfers
- Affords support for multiple human resources functions by assisting with transfer orientation, preparing, reviewing, analyzing, and processing human resources HR reports and documents, and processing paperwork and preparing, reviewing, and analyzing reports
- Affords assistance with employment-related paperwork and data entry work by processing information, completing required forms, e.g., Leave of Absence, Workers Compensation, OSHA log
- Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress and information, determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in executing business processes and practices

- The hourly wage range for this position is $24.60 - $28.10* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
Minimum Qualifications
- 6 months experience in Walmart Logistics clerical related responsibilities (for example, filing, data entry) using computer applications (for example, email, spreadsheets, word processing)
- 1 year's experience in Walmart Logistics clerical related responsibilities (for example, filing, data entry) using computer applications (for example, email, spreadsheets, word processing)
- 1 year's coursework in Human Resource related field (for example, Business Management, Human Resources)
- 1 year's experience in computer applications (for example, email, spreadsheets, word processing)
- 1 year's experience in human resource activities (for example, payroll, benefits, workers compensation, FMLA, OSHA)
- 1 year's experience in computer applications (for example, email, spreadsheets, word processing)
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year's experience in human resource activities (for example, payroll, benefits, workers compensation, FMLA, OSHA)
