What you'll do...
- Supports daily HR functions by processing paperwork, maintaining personnel files, and assisting with data entry in HR systems.
- Captures hiring processes by scheduling interviews, managing new hire onboarding, and facilitating orientation sessions for associates.
- Responds to associate questions regarding policies, benefits, and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
- Affirms payroll functions including timekeeping records, resolves missing punches, updates direct deposit information, and addresses payroll escalations.
- Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Maintains a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and professionalism.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- 6 months experience in Walmart Logistics clerical related responsibilities (for example, filing, data entry) using computer applications (for example, email, spreadsheets, word processing)
- 1 year's experience in Walmart Logistics clerical related responsibilities (for example, filing, data entry) using computer applications (for example, email, spreadsheets, word processing)
- 1 year's coursework in Human Resource related field (for example, Business Management, Human Resources)
- 1 year's experience in computer applications (for example, email, spreadsheets, word processing)
- 1 year's experience in human resource activities (for example, payroll, benefits, workers compensation, FMLA, OSHA)
- 1 year's experience in computer applications (for example, email, spreadsheets, word processing)
