(USA) Coach/Ops Mgr Trainee

Position Summary

TourToTeach, driving financial performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supervising associates.

What you'll do...

• Tour stores, provide feedback, and lead training sessions.
• Collaborate with all levels of associates, manage customer service initiatives, and resolve customer issues.
• Manage and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Develop and implement action plans to mitigate shrinkage and achieve sales and profit goals.
• Hire, train, mentor, assign duties, set clear expectations, provide associate recognition, and promote a belonging mindset.
• Support key stakeholders, identify and address improvement opportunities, and demonstrate adaptability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and support the Open Door Policy.
• Drive continuous improvements, adopt new technologies, and support others through change.
• Offer competitive pay, performance-based bonuses, and various benefits.
• Manage firearms-specific Criminal Background Checks and Firearms Authorized Training as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
• General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
