About the Role
Drive, develop, and implement the business plan for your area of responsibility to achieve facility goals such as production, quality, and safety, while also implementing operational improvements. Manage assigned financial aspects by monitoring and tracking expenses against budget, asset utilization, and preparing or analyzing business reports. Serve as a community liaison by participating in local organizations and charitable activities, championing company-sponsored programs and events.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates).
- Forecast and follow up on staffing, workload, and performance results to meet business demands.
- Monitor and ensure facility-wide compliance with Logistics and company quality and safety standards, policies, and procedures by developing, distributing, or maintaining procedures and supporting documentation.
- Investigate and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns using judgment or consulting others as needed.
- Supervise and manage associates and leaders by giving direction, communicating goals, monitoring performance, providing feedback, identifying training needs, and supporting company policies. Participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluating associates facility-wide.
- Build high-performing teams by embracing differences in people, cultures, ideas, and experiences. Foster a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected through a culture of belonging.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Financial Management, Production/Operations Management); and
- 2 years of experience in a senior management role within an operations/distribution/logistics environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees facility-wide; or
- 2 years of experience as a Walmart Logistics Operations Manager, including supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing associates; managing workload; and participating in hiring and promotion; or
- 4 years of experience in a senior management role in an operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees facility-wide.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $116,000.00 - $174,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. For certain positions, additional compensation may include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) adjustments (based on location) and stock.
