Position Summary

Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, implement the business plan for area of responsibility, monitor and manage productivity, identify associate/customer/supplier concerns, supervise and develop associates and leaders, facilitate carrier operations, manage processing of shipload/purchase orders/inbound containers/claims, respect individuals, act with integrity, strive for excellence.

Pay & Benefits

• The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location), Stock.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associates' Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Carrier Master Technician, Coordinating Schedules, Customer Service, Information Technology, Logistics, Microsoft Office, Supervising Associates, Transportation, Walmart Logistics Systems.
