About the Role

This position involves communicating with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, implementing the business plan for the area of responsibility, monitoring and managing productivity, maintaining quality and safety standards, and supervising and developing associates and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates verbally and/or in writing.
• Implement the business plan by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals in production, quality, and safety.
• Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and/or analyzing business reports.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on Logistics and company policies, monitoring compliance, and distributing procedures and supporting documentation.
• Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns, determine corrective actions, and make recommendations to resolve issues.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, teaching, and modeling company policies and procedures.
• Participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of associates and leaders.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year's supervisory experience
• OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
• OR 1 year's Walmart Logistics Management experience
• OR 2 years' Walmart Logistics experience
• OR 2 years' supervisory experience

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on location.
