US Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
About the role
You’ll play a critical role in driving our ambitious growth plans across the U.S. and beyond. You’ll operate as a strategic recruiting partner to the business, owning complex searches across technical and business functions, with a strong focus on technical hiring across Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, AI/Automation roles, and future Engineering needs, while also supporting key GTM searches.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM and Product roles, with a focus on senior, high-impact, and business-critical searches
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to align on priorities, profiles, market realities, and decision-making
- Build and maintain high-quality pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, targeted outreach, and talent intelligence
- Act as a consultative partner to the business, using data and market insights to influence hiring strategy
- Deliver against key recruiting metrics, including retention, time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, offer acceptance rate, and quality of hire
- Create a smooth, thoughtful, and engaging candidate experience from first touch through close
- Apply structured and inclusive hiring practices to support consistent, high-quality decision-making
- Help evolve recruiting workflows, tools, reporting, and processes to support scale and improve efficiency over time
- Serve as a senior member of the recruiting team by raising the bar on execution, stakeholder partnership, and hiring quality
Requirements
7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a startup, scale-up, or high-growth SaaS environment
Proven experience owning senior, complex, or high-priority searches across GTM, Product, or related business functions
Strong track record of hitting hiring goals and delivering against recruiting metrics
Excellent sourcing ability, with experience building pipelines in competitive talent markets
Experience leveraging AI tools and recruiting technology to improve sourcing, pipeline management, candidate engagement and overall recruiting efficiency
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise, challenge, and influence hiring managers
Data-driven approach to recruiting, with the ability to use funnel insights and market data to improve outcomes
Hands-on experience with recruiting tools like Greenhouse and/or Ashby
Strong organization and ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in parallel
Clear, direct communication style and a collaborative, team-first mindset
High ownership, strong judgment, and a bias toward action
Based in New York and able to work from the office 2-3 days per week

Pay
Range includes OTE Salary Range $150,000—$170,000 USD
