Position Summary

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead strategic recruitment initiatives that align with business objectives and enhance workforce capabilities. This role requires deep expertise in talent sourcing, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making to address complex hiring needs and improve recruitment processes.

What you'll do

• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Utilize data-driven insights to identify talent gaps and recommend effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and high-quality candidate selection and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand evolving workforce needs and provide expert guidance.
• Lead multiple projects using agile methodologies to improve recruiting efficiency and candidate experience.
• Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to inform talent strategies and hiring decisions.
• Facilitate interview training and support hiring managers in assessment and selection best practices.

The Merchandising Recruitment team plays a vital role in identifying and attracting talent that supports Walmart’s strategic objectives and innovation in merchandising. Collaborating closely with business leaders, the team ensures an efficient and high-quality hiring process while building talent pipelines for current and future needs. By leveraging market insights, data-driven strategies, and proactive partnership, the team delivers a candidate-focused experience that aligns talent acquisition with long-term organizational growth and success.

• Proven expertise in talent acquisition and corporate recruitment with a strong focus on talent strategy and sourcing.
• Ability to leverage data-driven decision making to analyze talent supply and influence hiring priorities effectively.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communication, and management to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
• Experience managing multiple projects using agile methodology, including sprint planning and process improvement.
• Strong capability to build and maintain long-term relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.
• Proficient in simplifying and improving recruiting processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Demonstrated accountability for hiring timelines and delivering results aligned with organizational goals.

Minimum Qualifications

• Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field and 2 year’s experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related area.
• Option 2: 4 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional in Human Resources certification Human Resources - Professional HR (PHR) CERTIFICATION - Certification
