Role Summary
Drive regional revenue growth by securing early-stage project influence and specification wins across hospitality construction, renovation, and conversion projects, while expanding channel partnerships and adjacent markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategy aligned to growth targets
- Build and manage a strong pipeline (5x quota) across hotel development and renovations
- Influence HVAC specifications during design and pre-construction phases
- Build relationships with developers, owners, brands, and design teams
- Develop and manage rep and distribution partner network
- Drive expansion into modular, multifamily, student and senior housing markets
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM pipeline management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations
- Manage key accounts and ensure successful project execution
Qualifications
- 5+ years B2B sales or business development experience
- Experience in hospitality, HVAC, construction, or related markets
- Proven success in consultative selling and closing new business
- Experience influencing project specifications
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- CRM and pipeline management expertise
Preferred
- Hospitality industry relationships in Southeast U.S.
- Experience with PIPs, renovations, or hotel brands
- Exposure to modular or multifamily construction
- Located close to major airport/hub
