Regional Sales Manager (Southeast Region)
Position Summary
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies within an assigned region, cultivating customer relationships, and generating revenue through the successful sale of Elliott Aviation's service offerings. This role requires a strong understanding of aviation services, consultative selling skills, and the ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5+ years of business aviation sales experience
Experience working with CRM tools and managing a sales pipeline
Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Understanding of turbine aircraft maintenance and aviation service sales
Working knowledge of avionics, interiors, and paint processes (sales perspective)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage a region independently and meet sales goals
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
What You'll Do
Develop and manage relationships with customers across the Southeast region
Drive new business through prospecting, networking, and industry engagement
Maintain regular face-to-face contact with key accounts
Identify customer needs and position appropriate aviation services and solutions
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing
Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, coordinate schedules, and ensure the work you sell is delivered successfully
Represent Elliott Aviation at trade shows, industry events, and organizations
Maintain CRM data, track pipeline activity, and follow up on all leads
Support regional sales planning, forecasting, and revenue goals
Promote all service offerings while upholding high standards of customer service
