US Incentives Manager
About the role
The US Incentives Manager will serve as an integral part of the US Sales Incentives Team, responsible for identifying incentive opportunities versus the competition while maintaining product integrity and per-unit incentive spend. The selected candidate will be exposed to various functions within the US Sales Incentives Team and to various teams throughout the Stellantis Sales Organization.
Specific responsibilities include managing the lease portfolio for a Stellantis brand(s), analyzing competitive payment positions compared to Stellantis products to aid in incentive action decisions, and utilizing internal systems to analyze incentive effectiveness. The candidate will share best practices, possess sharp working knowledge of industry and competitive activity, identify best practices, and provide insight on new approaches to incentive programs.
The keys to success in this position include the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, flexibility with acceptance of new responsibilities, and providing leadership and clear recommendations to vehicle brand teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage the lease portfolio for a Stellantis brand(s).
- Analyze competitive payment positions compared to Stellantis products to aid in incentive action decisions.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to present creative solutions to business opportunities.
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Self-starter with energy and passion for achieving set goals.
- Flexibility and ability to shift work and priorities as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Area Sales Manager experience.
- Experience with automotive sales.
- Proficiency in Stellantis sales, inventory, and reporting systems (e.g., IDR, eTools/CINON, BlueZone (green screens), etc.).
