About the role
The Incentive Compensation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and administration of incentive compensation plans. This includes working closely with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain incentive compensation plans that align with organizational objectives and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Manage the annual incentive plan process, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Oversee the evaluation and adjustment of performance metrics to ensure fairness and accuracy.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on incentive compensation programs.
- Ensure all incentive compensation activities are conducted in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation management or a related field.
- Experience with designing and implementing incentive compensation plans.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing compensation practices.
- Experience with performance management systems and tools.
