About the role

Drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. Collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. Directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a unified company approach that integrates Opinion Leader and stakeholder engagement plans
  • Drive engagement strategies for HCPs, opinion leaders, and researchers to maximize the Hematology portfolio
  • Gather and synthesize insights from stakeholder engagements and congress activities
  • Translate stakeholder insights into actionable recommendations
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive engagement plans, tracking interactions and outcomes
  • Coordinate and support execution of speaking engagements and events
  • Conduct local market ecosystem assessments and collaborate on localized action plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, medical affairs, strategy, new product launch, customer engagement, or business development in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industries
  • Experience in customer engagement within Hematology highly preferred
  • Experience in the design, development, and execution of opinion leader engagement programs inclusive of tracking performance against goals
  • Demonstrated success in influence/negotiation and proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills for uncovering customer insights
  • Proven leadership skills in cross-functional and matrix environments
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Pay

$176,600 – $294,300 annually
