Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the US CEO as a trusted gatekeeper and advisor to optimize time and strategic focus, while maintaining exceptional relationships across the business
- Anticipate roadblocks, resolve issues proactively, and foster seamless cross-functional relationships
- Own and optimize a highly dynamic executive calendar across multiple time zones, balancing strategic priorities, customer engagements, travel, and internal leadership commitments
- Oversee end-to-end domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and real-time disruption handling
- Coordinate logistics for executive offsites, board meetings, conferences, and high-value customer engagements
- Draft and refine executive communications, presentations, and employee communications across the US organization
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions and leadership meetings, tracking action items to enforce cross-functional accountability
- Manage high-priority special initiatives from strategic planning through execution
Requirements
- 5+ years supporting C-Suite/senior executives in a fast-paced, high-growth global organization
- Proven ability to anticipate executive needs, manage competing priorities, and work independently with high discretion
- Expert in multi-time-zone calendar management and complex international travel coordination
- Strong organizational skills with a track record of driving initiatives and maintaining high attention to detail
- Exceptional written/verbal communication; highly proficient in Google Workspace (or Microsoft 365)
- Bachelor's degree
