Requirements

  • Triage & Escalation: Serve as the primary point of contact for contract intake, routing complex legal edits to Legal counsel and financial discrepancies to Finance operations.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous record-keeping within our CRM system, ensuring all metadata fields (e.g., expiration dates, auto-renewal clauses, financial obligations, etc.) are highly accurate.
  • Process Optimization & System Administration: Act as the internal administrator for our CRM platform, by maintaining and updating customer accounts, opportunities, and contract data within Salesforce to ensure a "single source of truth." This includes executing tasks related to the customer and opportunity management within Salesforce.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the current intake-to-execution pipeline and implement system enhancements or automated workflows to reduce contract turnaround time.
  • KPI Tracking: Build and maintain dashboards tracking operational metrics such as contract cycle times, bottleneck stages, and contract volumes by territory/regions.
  • Proactive Obligations Tracking: Generate monthly and quarterly reports highlighting upcoming contract expirations, renewals, opt-out deadlines, and price-escalation triggers.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in contract operations, legal operations, procurement, or commercial deal desk operations (preferably in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment).
  • System Expertise: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Core Competencies: Contractual Literacy, Data Fluency, Cross-Functional Communication, Project Management.
