About You
- You’re a commercially minded relationship-builder who knows that exceptional account management is about far more than keeping in touch. It’s about earning trust, anticipating needs and creating a customer experience that feels seamless from start to finish.
- You bring at least two years of experience across sales, account management or customer service, along with a strong track record of managing ongoing key client relationships.
- You’re confident, responsive and dependable, with the judgement to spot opportunity and the discipline to follow every commitment through.
- You’re naturally organised, you can manage multiple accounts, priorities and moving parts without losing sight of the detail.
- You communicate with clarity and professionalism, work confidently with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, and collaborate easily across sales, customer service and operations.
- You’ll also be comfortable thriving in a remote environment, staying visible, accountable and connected, with the flexibility to travel across the US for customer meetings, trade shows and industry events.
