Urologist Opportunity – $625K+ Potential | $50K Sign-On | Established Demand | Louisiana

About the role

AMN Healthcare has been retained to identify a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist to join a growing, high-demand program in southern Louisiana. You would join three established urologists in a busy practice with 1–2.5‑month wait times and an average of approximately 800 wRVUs per month per provider. The role mixes clinic work, procedures, and surgery, and includes an outreach clinic in Morgan City (1–2 days per week) to expand urology services in an underserved region. Start date: ASAP. The location offers coastal Louisiana living with a low cost of living, easy access to New Orleans, and a welcoming community.

Responsibilities

• Provide general urology clinic services.
• Perform urologic procedures and surgeries.
• Participate in shared call (currently Q5, progressing to Q6) with post‑call time off.
• Staff the regional outreach clinic in Morgan City 1–2 days per week.
• Maintain productivity around 800 wRVUs per month and pursue quality‑bonus opportunities.
• Contribute to the growth of a community‑based urology program.
