About the role

The role involves leading a team of developers to design and implement innovative solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of developers in designing and implementing software solutions
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather and analyze project requirements
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and user guides
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software development
  • Experience leading a team of developers
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python)

Qualifications

  • Experience with agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL)
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
