About the role

The role involves leading a team of developers to build innovative software solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain software applications
  • Collaborate with product managers to understand client needs and translate them into technical specifications
  • Work with designers to ensure user-friendly interfaces and intuitive experiences
  • Manage project timelines and resources to meet deadlines
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience leading software development teams
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
