About the role

The role involves leading a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain software solutions for our clients. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand and meet client requirements
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Participate in code reviews and mentoring junior developers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience
• Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns
• Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
