About the role

The role involves leading a team of developers to build innovative software solutions for our clients. You will work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality, user-centric applications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of developers in delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
  • Design and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
  • Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives
  • Work with designers and UI/UX teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions with visual design

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL)

Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Understanding of software architecture principles
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, React)
  • Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Selenium)
  • Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI)

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
