About the role
The role involves leading a team of developers to build innovative software solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining high-quality software applications
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensuring code quality and adherence to coding standards
- Participating in code reviews and mentoring junior developers
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of developers to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Leading technical discussions and providing technical guidance
- Conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality
- Mentoring and developing junior team members
Requirements
Essential qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with database design and optimization
Skills
Desired skills include:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Understanding of software architecture principles
- Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, Selenium)

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
