About the role

The role involves leading a team of developers to build innovative software solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality products on time.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of developers in delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with product managers to understand client needs and translate them into technical specifications
  • Work with designers to ensure the software meets both functional and aesthetic requirements
  • Ensure code quality and maintain documentation
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience leading a team of developers
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL)
  • Understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Experience with software testing and quality assurance

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
