About the opportunity
We are seeking dedicated Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to join our team at the Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC).
Key responsibilities
- Serve approximately 80,000 active users across New Mexico, Arizona, and Utah, providing essential care to the Navajo community and beyond.
- Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses.
- Perform comprehensive examinations for adults and children.
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety projects.
- Communicate effectively with collaborating physicians or specialists.
Requirements
- Board-certified NP with an active, unrestricted license and DEA from any state or US territory.
- ACLS, BLS certifications.
- Commitment to serving rural, Tribal, and underserved healthcare populations.
- Passionate about social medicine and mission-driven healthcare.
Work schedule
10-hour shifts in SuperTrack with flexible start times.
Average patient load of 12-19 patients per day.
